I know I will feel better if I go but I just can’t…..

We all know that feeling, we want to get moving, we know it will be fun and we will feel good but......we just can't get there.

There are so many reasons why this may be the case and sometimes we don't know why we feel this way. Pictures of people doing yoga or going to the gym every day and talking about how to be committed by finding motivation and discipline may help inspire you to get moving. But often it just isn't that easy for so many reasons.

So, don't be hard on yourself. Don't compare yourself to others. Think about what is realistic for you and your circumstances. Reflect on where you are, what you want for yourself and what you enjoy. Focus on you!

There are many ways to move and yoga is a great option for everyone. If you decide to return to yoga or to give it a try for the first time, please know that you will be welcomed with no judgement. As we said in a previous post, yoga is a journey, you start where you are and there is always somewhere to go.
