Hello, my name is Nallely (na-YEA-lee) and I’d love to be your yoga teacher. I’m a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, a 95hr Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, and a certified Growing Up Mindful teacher. I’m also an experienced elementary school teacher. I enjoy planning dynamic and interactive yoga and mindfulness classes that help you feel your best!

I’m thrilled to be teaching in-person classes at Atma Yoga Edmonton!


Family Yoga

Yoga brings the whole family together. Bring your kids to our family yoga class for an hour of bonding and fun! We'll play fun games, practice mindful breathing and movement, and get in a great workout.

Our goal is to build strength, mindfulness, flexibility and more connections between parent and child. It’s a fun way to spend time with your kids as they develop a strong mind, body, and spirit.

8 spots available per class.

Price per family: $35 (+GST)

Saturdays, 2-3pm

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga helps ease pregnancy-related aches and discomforts while building strength and improving flexibility. It nurtures your body, mind, and heart throughout pregnancy and supports your preparation for childbirth. Each class includes gentle yoga postures, mindful movement, pregnancy-safe breathing practices, relaxation, and meditation. Set aside time each week to care for yourself, bond with your growing baby, and connect with a welcoming community of expectant moms.

El yoga prenatal ayuda a aliviar los dolores y molestias propios del embarazo, al tiempo que fortalece el cuerpo y mejora la flexibilidad. Cuida tu cuerpo, tu mente y tu corazón durante todo el embarazo y te ayuda a prepararte para el parto. Cada clase incluye posturas de yoga suaves, movimientos conscientes, ejercicios de respiración aptos para el embarazo, relajación y meditación. Dedica un rato cada semana a cuidarte, a crear un vínculo con tu bebé en crecimiento y a conectar con una comunidad acogedora de futuras mamás.

Toddler Yoga

This class is a great way to introduce yoga to your toddler.

Toddler Yoga is a fun, inspirational class combining simple yoga poses with engaging songs, games and stories that exercise social, sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility and strengthen growing muscles.

This class can help your toddler build self-awareness and develop emotional regulation skills while having fun and making new friends.
