Studio Etiquette

We are delighted to welcome you to our beautiful studio.

Props such as blocks and straps are available for your use.

To ensure that you and those around you have a pleasurable experience, please follow the following tips:

Please respect the silence & space in the studio.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class and be on your mat at least 5 minutes before the class start time. The front door will be locked when class begins.

Please bring a yoga mat & water bottle (bottles can be re-filled in the bathroom)

Please remove your footwear upon entering the studio.

Please turn off or mute all cell phones upon entering the studio.

Please place all belongings (including phones) in the cubbies provided.

Please let your instructor know if you are pregnant, or if you have any injuries or medical conditions they should be aware of. If you have serious medical conditions such as epilepsy, heart conditions, high/ low blood pressure, etc. ensure the studio has up-to-date emergency contact info.

If you will need to leave class early, please notify your instructor before class, place your mat near the door, and exit before savasana begins.

Please go at your own pace. be respectful towards your body, never moving to the point of pain, and take breaks as needed.

Late Policy

We do NOT allow late entry to any classes for safety reasons. The doors will be locked when class begins and NO exceptions will be made.

Booking Policy

Please pre-register for classes online, complete the waiver and ensure that we have updated billing information on file.

Online booking closes 15 minutes before class and are first-come, first-served.

Please complete the booking and online waiver with your full name. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking and you will not be able to participate in classes.

If the class is full, you can choose to join the waitlist. If you are moved from the waitlist to the class, you will receive an auto-email from our booking system and will be responsible for either attending the class or canceling.

Class Cancellation Policy

We require guests to cancel reservations they cannot attend more than 2 hours before the start of class.

Single Class and Multi-Class Passes: If you do not show up to class and do not cancel at least 2 hours before class, your class will still be deducted from your account.

Monthly Passes: If you do not show up to class and do not cancel at least 2 hours before class, you will be charged $15 to your credit card on file.

All no-show fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

Special events and registered programs must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the start time.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any Drop-in Passes, Multi-Class Passes or Monthly Unlimited Passes.

We do not offer extensions on any Single passes, Class Passes or Monthly Unlimited Passes.

Refunds on special events and registered classes will only be given if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the start of the event.
