  • Our 300 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training Program (RYT300) is for you!

  • Starts 17th January, 2025

  • Runs over 13 weekends but the schedule is flexible and accommodations can be made for commitments such as shift work

  • Investment $3,999 (+GST)

  • Early Bird Price $3,750 (+GST) if register before 1st January.

  • Places on the program will be secured by payment of a $500, non-refundable deposit

  • No previous teacher training experience required

    • unlike most RYT300 programs, this course provides the advanced training required to take you straight to the RYT300 designation rather than completing an RYT200 followed by supplementary training to get to the RYT300 designation

Program Curriculum

    • In-depth theoretical study  and anatomy of postures.

    • Energetic sequencing of  posture flow.

    • Sanskrit terminology for each posture studied. 

    • Contraindications, use of props and alternative postures.

    • Discussion of the principles of asana demonstration and objective observation of  the postures.

    • How to approach the practitioner in assisting and making adjustments during yoga class. This component must teach proper ethical instruction (includes teacher-student relationship) and the faculty must discuss standards of good  communication, language and tone.

    • Methodology of class  sequencing and working with special groups.

    • Study of physical anatomy (skeleton, muscles, joints etc.) physiology, (nervous system, endocrine etc.) kinesiology, (study of human movement) and energy anatomy (chakras, nadis, etc.).

    • Anatomical study books will reflect yogic benefits, contraindications and place added emphasis on yoga therapy and restorative techniques. 


  • This category covers a world view historical Indian Yoga Philosophy

  • The Business of Yoga is vital for the student to get base-line knowledge of the yoga business, being a professional in the world of yoga teaching, the components of opening a business, running classes, hiring and basic business management.

    • In this section we will spend time reviewing the benefits of yin yoga, the variety of yin, and the anatomical and physiological effects of yin.

    • We will review yin postures, and will sequence and design yin classes

  • There are practicum hours built into each section of the course. There will be many opportunities to teach full classes
