Blind Balance: Blindfolded Yoga

Join us for Blind Balance, the yoga class where we ditch distractions with a blindfold so that you can tap into your inner zen, and learn to feel your yoga practice and heighten your other senses, and maybe discover just how wobbly that tree pose really is!

Expect plenty of giggles, surprising insights, and a few "oops" moments as you move through poses without the assistance of the usual landmarks to guide you, and learn to trust your body.

Come for the fun, stay for the challenge—and don’t worry, we won’t see you struggle either!

You will be gently lead through this experience by Jay McMahon.

Interested in Personal Yoga Appointments?

Sharing the energy in a group yoga class is awesome but there are many reasons to consider taking a personal yoga class. For example, maybe you have never done yoga before, or haven't been on your mat in a long time, and feel intimidated about joining a regular class. Or perhaps you have always wanted to do an advanced posture such as headstand, handstand or crow. We will design a custom class that best suits your body and your goals.

We can also host private classes for work, sports teams and social groups that are suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis.

A 75 minute personal class with a fully qualified yoga teacher is $95. Should you wish to commit to 5 private yoga classes, the price of each class will be $85. For this, you get the whole studio and a yoga teacher to yourself, a worthwhile the investment in your mental and physical health.
